This dealer returned my car after service with a mismatched hubcap on one of the tires. They did not admit fault, even though their video clearly showed that I brought the car in with 4 matching hub mismatched hubcap on one of the tires. They did not admit fault, even though their video clearly showed that I brought the car in with 4 matching hubcaps. They offered to order a new one for me, but when the part came it was only the center cap. I waited about a month for the correct part, and was given a full set of hubcaps, but without any center caps. They did not offer to install the new hubcap. This cost me quite a few hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, which was never resolved to my satisfaction. More
