Lenny did a wonderful job of getting the service on my vehicle started so that the work by the collision center could be performed same day instead of having to keep the vehicle overnight. Service was quick and the technicians did a great job. The maintenance manager, Lenny, was knowledgeable, he kept in touch with me throughout and communicated the status of the service as things progresse The maintenance manager, Lenny, was knowledgeable, he kept in touch with me throughout and communicated the status of the service as things progressed. Lenny made sure I was comfortable, had refreshments, and made me feel that I was a valued customer. When my car was ready, Lenny brought me to the checkout clerks, explained the invoice and all the services done, thanked me for my business and for being a repeat customer, wished me a good day and said he looked forward to seeing me next time I came back. Between the quality of the work done on my car and Lenny's quality of leadership on the front end the overall experience was excellent. More
