Lenny made sure I was comfortable, had refreshments, and made me feel that I was a valued customer. When my car was ready, Lenny brought me to the checkout clerks, explained the invoice and all the services done, thanked me for my business and for being a repeat customer, wished me a good day and said he looked forward to seeing me next time I came back.
