I have been a part of the auto industry for over five years, and continue to learn more each day! I try to make the buying experience fun and truly memorable. I’m honest, upbeat, and candid. Putting myself in my guests’ shoes allows me to provide the best service possible. I grew up in Port Washington and graduated from Syracuse University. I have earned an MBA. Outside the dealership, I enjoy family time. My son, Tyler, loves tennis, computers, and all things coding. He continues to impress me each day. I enjoy skiing in the winter, traveling, and pretty much anything involving the ocean. I have traveled the globe quite extensively, from Asia to Australia, Europe, and the US. Next on my traveling stop is South America. Some of my favorite sports and hobbies include water skiing, swimming, tennis, photography, and bicycle riding. I love the BMW brand and all of its products. It feels great to see the smile on my customers’ faces as they drive off in their new, ultimate driving machine!

No response I had the worst experience at Rallye BMW. No response at my inquiries after car sales. I didn’t receive a response for my text msgs and my called after car sales done. I received the bad customer service and experience rudeness from a salesman. And, different information from salesman. I put down deposit to a hold a new vehicle and wrote down exact mileage number for a record, but when i picked up my car, mileage was over used 30 miles. Lastly, i picked up my new car on Sep 1st and he promised me for return my previous mercedes to Mercedes dealer on September 5th, 2018 Wednesday because he is off Tuesday. And, i visited BMW on Saturday september 8th again. I asked him that did he return my car and he said yes. and, i asked him again did you drove it by himself and he said yes! But, i found out that BMW returned my previous car on September 19th. So, i would like to ask sales for regarding this, i contacted to office several times and left text msgs and voice mailes, totally ignored by him until now. The worst experience i have ever had! More

The overal experience was just ok. I expected more. I usually get serviced at this location and bypass the dealership closer to me. This is due to connecting with a service coordinator that I felt comfortable with. Didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. I went to the dealership close to my house to get topped off and they said I should get the issue looked into. I told them I’ll take it back to the dealership where they fixed the issue the first time. I also needed to get an airbag recall replaced. The repair price cams back high and they charged me for bringing it in. I was surprised because of the recall and because I was actually asking about issues that they fixed all ready. I then was ready to just purchase a new car but the sales team was less than helpful. I was fully ready to buy and purchase something that day but didn’t feel like I was getting the best customer service in sales. He had a definite sale that day but under valued my trade in, didn’t talk options or made me feel like I should buy from there. The entire experience left me thinking, I should have just stayed and got everything done at BMWNYC. More
