2017 BMW i3 Hey everyone, on Friday i picked up my 2017 BMW i3 from the Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury NY Len Brechner was my client advisor and Joe Cavero w Hey everyone, on Friday i picked up my 2017 BMW i3 from the Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury NY Len Brechner was my client advisor and Joe Cavero was the sales manager. Len was extremely attentive and very quick to address my emails/calls. He promptly looped in Joe to work on the details of my transaction given that I was an out of state buyer. In under 45 minutes Joe, Len and I went over all the details of the transaction and I put down my deposit, completed the credit app and the buy order with a pick up date of 3 days (again out of state buyer takes a bit longer). Both of them were a pleasure to work with. They took care of absolutely everything and the car was ready 1 day sooner than expected. When I showed up to pick up the car Len gave me a tour of the facilities. Do yourself a favor... take the tour, this dealership is HUGE (one of the biggest in the NE), its amazing to see the behind the scenes of the entire operation. Shortly after the tour the car was ready so BWM Genius Bradley Toran spent a significant amount of time explaining all the details of the car (my first EV) along with setting up my phone and linking my BWM Connect account to the car. After that I went back to sit with Len to go over the paperwork and 10 minutes later i was on my way. Len followed up with me on both days before and after pick up. Everyone I dealt with at Rallye BMW was very professional. I expect to get more vehicles from this team in the future. More

The experiences were good, and this one has been the best. I placed the online request for test-driving, then Rallye BMW BDC promptly reached to me and scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, all vehicles were ready. Len is doing the excellent jobs to facilitate and make the whole process so easy. No hassles. No pressure. Richard Isaac was able to help detail all the cost/charges ahead of the pick-up. Rallye BMW has the terrific setup to allow Len to complete the transactions in his desk. This is awesome. Very friendly - would definitely recommend. More
