The customer service in other areas, particularly outside of Leah's interaction, was unsatisfactory. Additionally, I encountered discourteous behavior from Moose sales manager and Trey in the finance department who both blamed their actions on the general manager, saying he asked them to do this. Despite the dealership’s claims of top-rated customer service in their showroom advertisements, my experience did not reflect this expectation. Unfortunately, this led to my overall disappointment, and I believe that a more respectful treatment was both possible appropriate.
