Worst dealer I have ever encountered in 50 years of purchasing automobiles. I went there a couple of weeks ago to inquire about a new Toyota Sienna they had posted on their website. Before going ther purchasing automobiles. I went there a couple of weeks ago to inquire about a new Toyota Sienna they had posted on their website. Before going there, I gave them a description of my trade in and its valuation. When we arrived, they were friendly enough but, as we got to the pricing, they turned into predators. They first added $5,000 to the MSRP of the vehicle, a practice that was common during the years of the Covid pandemic but has pretty much disappeared as vehicle supply has been increasing. This tactic was NEVER listed on their website and none of the dealers in RI nor Southern Mass were currently doing this. All are selling at MSRP. Next, they deliberately undervalued my trade, neglecting the low vehicle mileage premium and options. They offered us $13,000 on a vehicle (an 8 year old Sienna XLE with a KKB trade in value of $19,995 (I had dealer offers as high as $18,000) nitpicking at small things (i.e. a 2 inch long ink line on a seat) and under valuing its condition as they really could find nothing wrong with it. The vehicle had all new tires, battery, no dents nor dings, had just passed state inspection and could nearly pass for showroom condition. I even had all service records over the 8 years I owned it from my local Toyota repair center! (Obviously, if you don’t want the trade, just say so rather than making flimsy excuses. It is an 8 year vehicle after all!) The vehicle only had 96,000 miles in it and was in KBB “Excellent” condition. This stunt was orchestrated in spite of the fact that I told them in advance I was not interested in making an hour trip up there if they could not meet the trade in price which I had in writing from my local dealer! We left in disgust as they obviously deceived me in the numerous calls and emails we exchanged and I would NEVER recommend them as a dealership that will treat you fairly. Today, I purchased the same vehicle for its MSRP from my local dealer who honored the trade in price of $17,500.00 as he originally offered. I purchased from him as he had the shortest delivery time of all the dealers I approached and he stood behind his offer. Customer respect goes a long way to this purchaser! More

I've had some very bad experiences buying a car. This was the exact opposite. Alec made me feel comfortable and not pressured. It was by far one of the best auto buying experience. Although some bumps throughout the buying process of my new 2023 Rav 4 I am giving 5 stars for the above and beyond I received from the management team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, I want to specific new 2023 Rav 4 I am giving 5 stars for the above and beyond I received from the management team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, I want to specifically thank inventory manager Tim Nguyen and his colleague Bryan Arroyo you both provided excellent customer service and it is much appreciated. Even though my new car purchase was not delivered as I originally expected they both went above and beyond to accommodate me, keep me updated and provide me a loaner vehicle in the interim. Because of the outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction by these two individuals, their much appreciated communication and willingness to do their best to work with me though this process of purchasing my new Rav 4 I will definitely choose to return to this dealership for future vehicle purchases knowing the management will take care of their customers at the end of the day. 10/10 guys keep up the great work! More

I needed to trade in my old RAV4 for something cheaper in gas. I called Lauren and she told me about the RAV4 Prime, she helped me to schedule an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived she introduce gas. I called Lauren and she told me about the RAV4 Prime, she helped me to schedule an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived she introduced me to Dylan. Dylan is the general sales manager and I when told him about my situation, he told me not to worry and that he had the right product specialist to help me. That’s when I met Bryan. Bryan was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. I also had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Dan Bortolussi and he gave me an amazing deal I couldn’t say no to. Before going into finance Bryan showed me the whole dealership and took me to the services department, where I am going to be servicing my new RAV4. Stepping into finance I met with Monish and helped me find a bank to finance my new vehicle at a low interested rate. Thank you for all your help I am very happy with my purchase :) More
