I was led to believe each time that the 2x,xxx price being discussed was in fact OTD. I was sorely mistaken. Upon arrving there for an oil change for my current vehicle, I was handed papers for cars 30k and up. a more than 3k increase in some instances. And at no point was an offer made to make good on this situation. Those were the numbers. All I can say is that in the future you should consider making the customer happy even if the short term cost is a bit higher than expected, as now you lost someone who spent thousands in your service department, and will never buy a vehicle from you. More
