Our search for a MINI Countryman for my son, Eli, took us through numerous dealers, countless conversations, and more spreadsheets than I care to admit. Throughout the process, one dealership stood out from everyone else: MINI of Allentown. What impressed me most was not just the deal itself, although the deal was outstanding. It was the way the team approached the entire process. Jolene and Dani listened. They understood what we were trying to accomplish and worked with us to find solutions instead of obstacles. Whenever a challenge came up, they looked for a way to make things work. Their creativity, responsiveness, and willingness to think outside the box made a tremendous difference. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt like I had professionals working alongside me to solve a problem. Every question was answered promptly. Every concern was addressed thoughtfully. Every commitment was honored. In today’s automotive marketplace, exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Jolene and Dani delivered exactly that. They were knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome possible. The result was a fantastic deal on a vehicle that was exactly right for Sruli, but what I’ll remember most is how easy they made the process. Great products can be found in many places. the best lease/buy experience in my almost 70 yrs of life. Dani/sales mgr. was my first contact by phone. she could not have been more patient, thoughtful and inviting and after listening to my longwind life. Lauren isn't perfect, she's WAAAY BEYOND PERRRRRRRRRRRRFECT!! she checks off every box not only to be a great professional, but also a really genuine lovely human: kind, smart, engaging, fun, funny, knowledgeable, sincere, natural, thoughtful, etc. etc.!!! i drove off the lot with my 4th masterpiece mini cooper s convertible and I'm obsessively in love with it. if you're in the market for a mini, bmw or whatever, you owe it to yourself to seriously check them out. i drove 1 1/2 each way and it was more than worth it. they make you feel incredibly comfortable and confident that they're going to do the best possible deal for you!! i'm already looking forward to 2029 for the next one!! thanks very much you guys, i'm thrilled we got to meet and look forward to the next go-round in 2029!!!! I was led to believe each time that the 2x,xxx price being discussed was in fact OTD. I was sorely mistaken. Upon arrving there for an oil change for my current vehicle, I was handed papers for cars 30k and up. a more than 3k increase in some instances. And at no point was an offer made to make good on this situation. Those were the numbers. All I can say is that in the future you should consider making the customer happy even if the short term cost is a bit higher than expected, as now you lost someone who spent thousands in your service department, and will never buy a vehicle from you. More
