$250 diagnostic fee is crazy. I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged. Service writer was great but overall if my vehicle can be fixed at my local non deale I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged. My sales team was amazing and made everything go smooth and painless. The service department however was supposed to run an Ozone treatment in my vehicle due to the smell of cigarette smoke when purchased and painless.
