Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

Girls have brains! It is so rare for my daughter and I to walk onto a car lot and get any attention at all, even more so to be spoken to in intelligent terms. I once tol It is so rare for my daughter and I to walk onto a car lot and get any attention at all, even more so to be spoken to in intelligent terms. I once told a Ford Dealer that I wanted 4 wheel drive on an Explorer...he asked "What in the world for?" However, at this dealership, Lance opened the hood, showed and explained the efficiency of the engine and other components that cause the Outback to work so efficiently and last longer. He is the first dealership that offered to let us drive one of these wonderful vehicles. It's a long way from home for us in Alabama but it is clearly the best Subaru dealership in the Southeast!!! and we've been to quite a few. Peace in my heart!!!! More

Oustanding Customer Service It is hard to call Lance Willhite a salesman, because there was absolutely no pressure from him at all! What he did provide was outstanding customer service. We had narrowed our search between another Chevrolet Equinox and the Subaru Forrester. At the first Chevrolet dealership we were handed off 3 times to a different sales person, then after telling them what we wanted in a car they showed us a base model and said they didn't have what we wanted. We also visited another Chevrolet dealership but no one even came out of the building to say hello. That, coupled with the Lance had treated us on the first test drive, made the decision easy. We would recommend Lance Willihite, and Subaru of Gwinnett, to anyone. Thanks Lance! Neal & Gregg More

I met with Lance at the dealership and found him to be incredibly patient, professional, and thorough in explaining the features of the Outback I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my many questions and kept me informed while I waited for the arrival of my new vehicle. When my Outback came in, he walked me through all the paperwork very efficiently, took me for a second drive to demonstrate certain features of my new vehicle, and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with all the dials and buttons and advanced safety features of my newly purchased Subaru. Mike assisted with the tag and title process and the entire experience was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with at Subaru of Gwinnett was friendly, positive, professional, and seemed to enjoy their job and it was impressive that almost everyone in this Subaru dealership was a Subaru owner. This is an organization deserving of a five star rating! More

Enjoying my new Outback First met Lance via the internet, with some online messaging back and forth. Arranged for my first visit to dealership - Lance had a Forrester and an First met Lance via the internet, with some online messaging back and forth. Arranged for my first visit to dealership - Lance had a Forrester and an Outback ready and waiting for comparison test drives. Decided I preferred the Outback, but did a little more looking at other brands before finally returning to the dealership. Lance had an Outback with roughly the equipment I would want ready and waiting for a final test. Ordered an Outback through Lance to get it just the way I wanted it. When I went to pick it up, Lance had it cleaned up, my requested dealer-installed options on it and parked right by the door. Lance helped me get a good trade-in allowance on my old car, too. In summary, Lance is one of those American businessmen who enjoy years of "being lucky" - through hard work, attention to detail and follow-through. More

Lance made buying a car enjoyable. First of all, my husband looked at Consumer Reports for a several months. Subaru was rated overall best vehicle. We also had a list of things that we wanted and did not want on a vehicle. Both liked SUVs. When we walked in the Subaru dealership, we were greeted by a young lady and told that the next salesperson would talk to us. Lance Willhite came out it a few minutes. He listened as we described the vehicle that we had in mind. He complimented us on letting him know what we wanted. He was not pushy. We appreciated his time. He is a terrific salesman. We love our Subaru. Will recommend it highly. More
