I had an appointment for safety recall repairs on my Ram 2500. They have had it over 2 weeks and keep promising me noon the next day. I had to cancel work I needed the truck for because they assured me it 2500. They have had it over 2 weeks and keep promising me noon the next day. I had to cancel work I needed the truck for because they assured me it would be ready in a few days, and its still not. I've been lied to daily for the past week. They lied about the parts order, calling me back and daily about the status of the repairs. My "service adviser", Frank even lied about his schedule and promised me a call when he knew he was off the next day. Tanner, the assistant service manager said it would be ready by noon today, when Frank was off on Saturday. Today, Tanner is not available, and hasn't returned my message, but bottom line, its not finished. Not sure when I'll get it back, but I sure won't use them again, or refer anyone I know. This is ridiculous. I can't get a straight answer from anyone there. More
I would not recommend my worse enemy to use this dealership. I took my car in a week ago to have a problem diagnosed. I was told when I took it in that it would be a few days before they could look dealership. I took my car in a week ago to have a problem diagnosed. I was told when I took it in that it would be a few days before they could look at it and I was fine with that. On Thursday afternoon I received a call from Tanner, my Service Rep. He informed me that everything was set for the vehicle to go in Friday morning. I called back Friday after lunch and was told by Tanner that the mechanic assigned to it had been called away to a different area of the shop and no one had looked at it. I asked why he did not call to inform me of this and he told me that this is why he just called me. I reminded him that I called him and he insisted he called me. My wife just looked at me and laughed. I asked to talk to the Service Manager. I was informed this was Alan Pierce and he was not available but would call me back. I did receive a phone call from Alan pretty quickly. He told me that Tanner was mistaken and they had worked on the vehicle early in the morning. He told me they were trying to see if water was leaking into the engine and had put it through the car was 3 times. He said they had not found anything yet and had not been able to duplicate the problem. I asked why Tanner did not know this and Alan was unable to answer that. I informed him that I would be picking my car up immediately. Since I live close by I was there within 15 minutes. Tanner gave me my paperwork without ever looking at me and told me they were bringing my car around. When the person brought me my car it was as dirty (which was filthy) as when I dropped it off. It had been sitting for over a week with it raining off and on. I asked the valet if it looked as if my car had been washed. He just laughed and said "no way". I asked for the Service Manager to please come out. The Valet went to get him and told me he was on his way out. Alan Pierce came out ready for a fight. He asked me what the problem was. I confronted him about the fact that the car was filthy and he had told me it was put through the was 3 times. He said that it was. I told him to look at the car and tell me it had been washed. He then changed and said what they did was run a little bit of water down the roof and into the engine and it didn't show any was leaking. I again showed him the roof and that there were no water marks whatsoever. He got even angrier, informed me that my car was filthy (duh) and started to walk off. I told him I can't believe he is a service manager and he is a f--king idiot. He started yelling at me and told me to take my language and my vehicle and leave. I had some more choice words for him. I asked Alan who was above him that I could talk to and he said he was the highest one there and there is no one else to talk to. I have all of this on my dash cam of his lying. I then drove to the front of the building and talked with a very kind receptionist. I asked her if Alan was indeed the highest one there. She told me no, that Lee Rodriguez was the Sales Manager and over everyone there. I asked to speak with him and she called him and he came out. I told him the situation. He told me that he would look into it and get back to me. He said if I would like to bring my car back on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) he would make sure it was taken care of. He also informed me that he would find out what happened and call me back by the end of the day. I took the car back in Monday and dropped it off. Tuesday around noon Lee called me and told me that they had looked at the car and knew what the problem was. He said he could not explain it as well as the other Service Manager Bryce could so he would have him call me if that was okay with me. I told him that would be okay and he assured me that Bryce would call me within 20 minutes. Hours later I was still waiting on a call and leaving voice messages for both Bryce and Lee. Finally, about 3 hours later Bryce called me to tell me what the problem was. More
* After purchasing our Wrangler 4xe in Spring of 2022 we have experienced the “Death Wobble” on and off ever since our FIRST routine maintenance service in the Fall of 2022. it reached an unsafe death wobbl have experienced the “Death Wobble” on and off ever since our FIRST routine maintenance service in the Fall of 2022. it reached an unsafe death wobble condition in the fall of 2023, one year after the vehicles very first service. We had been told to “it’s a wrangler, it will work itself out” and “well just slow down.” So we did our own research via JeepWave and requested the steering lines and steering damper be checked out. Steering Damper was then replaced (11/2023). * Early Summer 2024 (Fourth ROUTINE Service) Brought our vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, balance. Less than 20,000 miles on vehicle. *the Death Wobble RETURNED!. At this point our vehicle is routinely being released to us in an unsafe operating condition.* * 8/1/2024: I called the DodgeCityMcKinney Dealership, reported the death wobble, had it confirmed that the steering damper had already been replaced. I stated our vehicle was returned to us, after routine maintenance, in Unsafe Driving Condition. Was told to bring it in but unknown when they could “get to it.” No loaner vehicle available for at least 4weeks. Our vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty. This issue was supposed to already have been addressed in 11/2023. * I ended up taking my Wrangler to Shottenkirk JeepChryslerDodge in Prosper where it was identified; New Track Bar / New Drag Link at gear box / ANOTHER new steering damper. (Warranty). I would leave zero stars if I could but feel this information is important to share. The review is forcing me to mark someone I worked with. Dale Graham is Awesome! He has nothing to do with this review of the service department. He sold us the car in 2022 and “moved mountains” during low inventory for us to purchase! More
Made a service appt and waited in line for an hour b4 being helped. Was told I would have to leave my car there for up to 2 weeks bc they were that backed up. Left my car for 11 days only to be given the being helped. Was told I would have to leave my car there for up to 2 weeks bc they were that backed up. Left my car for 11 days only to be given the run around about the estimate for service. My calls were accepted 2x then Jacob just went silent. Asked to speak to a service manager and never got a call back. Took my Jeep to be fixed elsewhere. Started this process 7/11/24 and last call back i received was 7/24/24 and was told i would get a callback and I'm still waiting on 8/15/24. I've never experienced this at any other dealership on I75 in Richardson, Plano, McKinney and I purchase a car every 4 years. The Sales/Finance departments were great when i bought my car here in 2020. More
The Service Department is the most disorganized and NON-Caring that I have ever seen! I went in for a simple oil change and wheel bearing noise on a Saturday morning, the service writer told me it wou NON-Caring that I have ever seen! I went in for a simple oil change and wheel bearing noise on a Saturday morning, the service writer told me it would take a few days and he would call me. (Problem one) No phone call, understanding that the dealership was having computer issues, I give it till Friday (Problem two) I went to the service writer that I spoke with the Saturday before; he didn’t even know me or why I was there…… (Problem three) He didn’t know if my vehicle was even serviced or even where my vehicle was at!! (Problem four) Once I spoke to another service writer, this guy actually spoke like he knew what was going on, however, this too was misleading (Problem five) I received a call telling me it was fixed and told to see the manager when I pick it up. So, I went to pick it up and again know one knew who are what was going on with my vehicle (Problem six) The manager was completely incompetent (Problem seven) Know one said anything about the shop rate (my fault, I was so irritated when I dropped it off because of how long it would take just to be looked at, I forgot to ask, (You should ask), IT IS $210.00 an hour. WOW… just to pull on two front tires to check the bearings… (Problem eight) Oily hand prints all over my white paint and the driver’s floor matt was also dirty. (I dropped off a very clean vehicle. Don’t worry, this guy will “Never GO BACK” I hope you have a better experience than me! This was so bad I realy don't want to give them a half a star!! More

NOT customer service friendly. Prices have gone WAY up on a simple oil change. Did not offer to rotate tires. Did not clear error on dash as requested. Things in my rear of the car Prices have gone WAY up on a simple oil change. Did not offer to rotate tires. Did not clear error on dash as requested. Things in my rear of the car were moved around and they did not need to access that area. If you have anything that needs repaired, you have to make an appointment so your vehicle can sit on their lot for up to 3 weeks before they will even look at it. They do not offer a loaner car while your car is sitting on their lot NOT being looked at. I purchased an extended warranty that they are trying to tell me I do not have. When they are finished with the service, they return the car at the front and not in the service drive, not giving you an opportunity to discuss anything with the service writer. Overall very unhappy with the lack of service. More
