She knows the car business, the coverage and furthermore she understands the disruptions it causes and recognizes that we all have busy lives. I cannot say enough about this rising star! NOT customer service friendly. Prices have gone WAY up on a simple oil change. Did not offer to rotate tires. Did not clear error on dash as requested. Things in my rear of the car were moved around and they did not need to access that area. If you have anything that needs repaired, you have to make an appointment so your vehicle can sit on their lot for up to 3 weeks before they will even look at it. They do not offer a loaner car while your car is sitting on their lot NOT being looked at. I purchased an extended warranty that they are trying to tell me I do not have. When they are finished with the service, they return the car at the front and not in the service drive, not giving you an opportunity to discuss anything with the service writer. Overall very unhappy with the lack of service. More
