I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Corwin Buick GMC, Reno. Over the past two years, my experiences with your dealership have been dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Corwin Buick GMC, Reno. Over the past two years, my experiences with your dealership have been nothing short of appalling, marked by a lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to meet basic expectations. Initially, I had been trying to obtain a part to fix my truck’s door latch. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone and email, I never received a response or follow-up. I eventually gave up, deciding that the door latch was not critical enough to keep pursuing. However, my frustration reached new levels in September 2024 when I brought my GMC Sierra Duramax Diesel in for its 75,000-mile service and to address a persistent tire pressure sensor issue. After inspection, I was informed by your service representative, Zachary, that it would take ten days to obtain the four required tire pressure sensors. I agreed and waited, but three months passed without any follow-up. During that time, I left numerous messages and even emailed both the General Manager and Service Manager—none of which were ever acknowledged. It was only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that Preston, the Service Manager, finally reached out to me. I was scheduled to come in today (December 2, 2024) at 7:30 AM to have the tire sensors and door latch replaced. Upon arrival, I discovered there were no notes from Preston regarding my service needs, and the parts could not initially be located. The staff was prepared to send me home without completing the service. After a 30-minute delay, the parts were found. However, I was then told I needed to pay again for the parts I had already paid for months earlier. After clarifying this, I was assured that the work would take one to two hours. Instead, I waited nearly six hours for my truck to be completed. When I finally left the dealership, I discovered that the back tires had been grossly overinflated to 85 psi—well above the maximum of 80 psi. This is a serious safety hazard, and I had to let the air out myself as I refuse to return to your dealership for any corrections. The entire experience has been unacceptable. I will never return to Corwin Buick GMC, Reno, for service or to purchase another vehicle. As I am currently in the market for a new vehicle, I will take my business to Carson City instead. Furthermore, I will be filing a formal complaint with GMC Corporate regarding this ordeal. Your dealership's lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism is disgraceful. Employees appear disorganized, disengaged, and unmotivated, reflecting a systemic problem that tarnishes the Corwin name. If you're looking for a good time. .. Go in and see Rich!!! Probably the most fun I've ever had buying a new car. I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I was even looking for when I arrive .. Go in and see Rich!!! Probably the most fun I've ever had buying a new car. I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I was even looking for when I arrived there. Just knew I wanted out of my current one! After his energetic greeting, Rich took the time to take me inside to his desk first to find out everything that was important to me in a vehicle and find out financially where i wanted to be first before trying to get me into something i would of liked, but not been able to afford. Felt good getting to learn about eachother first! I guess it's part of the Corwin way. Rich found one with everything I was looking for in a pre owned vehicle!!! Couldn't be happier. Rich helped make the time waiting on paperwork fly by. Truth be told, I wouldn't of been sad if it took longer to buy my car. He's definitely easy on the eye's and looks great in those jeans and his boots! If I could give more than ☆☆☆☆☆'s I would! Probably won't see this Rich, but I'll be bringing my friends and family in your way soon! 😊 More

On February, 2023 I bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra at4 diesel at Corwin Buick GMC dealership. After two weeks of the purchase the vehicle had a “Check engine light turned on”. Since that day everything tu diesel at Corwin Buick GMC dealership. After two weeks of the purchase the vehicle had a “Check engine light turned on”. Since that day everything turned as the worst experience ever with Corwin dealership and their customer service. Corwin did not provide it me with a rental car for almost a month neither pay for towing. They notified me that it was just a SENSOR and that everything was okay. After some time the vehicle started with more issues and that issue took them months to figure it out what it was. During on taking the vehicle to service their staff damage the vehicle and they did not notice it when the vehicle was ready on service. Immediately I notified them and “they fix it” but not 100% because they did not match the paint and you could still see the damage. The other issue with it was that they found out that the issue was the TRANSMISSION ON A NEW VEHICLE but who wants to have a LEMON vehicle. As soon as I knew that I started a buyback vehicle. That process was also the worst after I had to deal with Corwin stuff. After that Leo Carreño mistreated us on 01/12/2024 and was rude with us. Lance Datillo lied to us regarding a check that was “supposed to be given to us immediately without waiting the 6-8 weeks”. Last but not least neither Leo Carreño, Lance Dattilo and Jessica Dix replied to any of my emails neither any call back after plenty of messages. Leo Carreño (GENERAL MANAGER) even called me a liar on not being received my email even though I showed it to him that it was delivered and it was the correct email address. NONE of the three of them want it to talk to us when we arrived at dealership and instead they send SOMEONE ELSE to talk to us and to apologize for something he didn’t even know or did. I honestly would NEVER step in again at this Corwin dealership with this kind of stuff and customer service they provide. I hope no one else goes through the same situation as I went through with Corwin and their customer service stuff. More
