Later, I emailed the dealership with a question about the status of my paperwork. I intentionally did not mention that I was still considering purchasing the 8-year/100,000-mile extended warranty because I wanted to see what their post-sale customer service would be like. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The buying experience itself was fine, but the lack of follow-up after the sale was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed.
