We had a great experience with Corwin Buick GMC Cadillac in Reno. Their service and employees are top notch. We traveled several hours to get there, and were able to get most of the paperwork for our trad in Reno. Their service and employees are top notch. We traveled several hours to get there, and were able to get most of the paperwork for our trade-in and purchase done via email or text. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get our trade-in done and get us into the vehicle we wanted. Our salesman, Wade Wolford, was easy to work with and extremely personable. His attention to detail and excellent customer service skills helped to make our entire buying experience great. Everyone from support staff, sales, management and finance departments were very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this dealership! Best vehicle purchase experience ever! More

I purchased a truck from this dealership, and communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, bu communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, but I wanted time to do my own research before making a decision. Later, I emailed the dealership with a question about the status of my paperwork. I intentionally did not mention that I was still considering purchasing the 8-year/100,000-mile extended warranty because I wanted to see what their post-sale customer service would be like. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The buying experience itself was fine, but the lack of follow-up after the sale was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed. More
