From the first phone call to closing the deal it was so pleasant. Luke and Kyle were the dream team. They kept me posted all the time with where the car was tracking, even calling the delivery truck to get it delivered quickly, their communication is incredible and so appreciated. Roscoe was also absolutely amazing as well, he really was so kind and helpful! Angela in finance helped me at the end and was beyond warm and welcoming too! Dealerships can be pretty intimidating in my opinion but not Klaben, they’re so incredible. Rich has really changed the game and Klaben Ford/Lincoln is unlike any dealership I have ever been to. If you are looking for a new car definitely give them a call, highly recommend! More
