Kris opened DLR in 2004 with the idea that the car business did not have to be business as usual. Built on 10 core principles you can still find written on his wall, by 2008 DLR had become the 2nd highest volume Internet Auction Retailer in the Nation. When not at work Kris is active in his local Church and enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria and 2 children, Asher & Beckett. Kris Gaerlan GM….“What really drives this place is great people. Great employees make great businesses. It is just that simple" DLR Core Principles • Be honest • Be fair • Be valuable • Be trustworthy • Be willing to work for it • Do what you say you are going to do (say you will do something) • GOLDEN RULE • Treat coworkers and customers with the same regard • Act as if your family/children were watching you • Don’t dodge the question

Call Alexis Garcia and she will assist you from choosing out of the car of your dreams, to finding you the smartest deal without haggling or leaving you out when talking with lenders. Total transparency, zero shady deals. This dealership has been voted the best for over 10 years and it shows. The owners are involved in the day to day and super friendly. Their rate of return customers is evidence that they are transparent in their deals and they take excellent care of the customer. I will be referring all my friends to come see Alexis Garcia and the crew at Dallas Lease Returns! More

I can’t say enough good things about Robert Yousef and the exceptional service he provided throughout our entire transaction. Since we don’t live in Texas, Robert went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He spent countless hours answering my questions, providing detailed photos and videos, and even FaceTiming us so we could see the truck in real-time. I’m very particular and thorough, so I had pages of questions we needed answered before we could make travel plans to purchase the truck. Robert never once acted frustrated or annoyed, despite the constant requests. If he felt that way, he certainly didn’t show it. His patience and dedication were truly impressive. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency. Unlike many salespeople who might bend the truth, Robert was straightforward and genuinely upfront about every detail of the truck. It’s rare to encounter such integrity in a salesperson, and it made the entire process much smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to make a purchase—his customer service is unparalleled, and he truly cares about providing a positive experience. I wish there were more salesmen like him in this world. Thank you Robert! More

I bought a CRV HONDA it's all good there, but apparently someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it would be taken care of. Now several months later It is happening again, supposedly I own a car from Huffins with a PAPER TAG that expires in September! And NTTA is charging me 268 dollars year to date and is adding up! I would like to have someone investigate which Employee maybe be TAGGING MY INFORMATION TO OTHER VEHICLES! Now I will need to provide proof that I only own the Honda CRV! Has this happened to anyone else?! More
