Toyota always gets my service done in a timely manner and I always get swift communication when my vehicle is ready. However, often when I go to pick up my vehicle, there is no one at the desk for me to ask I always get swift communication when my vehicle is ready. However, often when I go to pick up my vehicle, there is no one at the desk for me to ask for my keys and they can be rude once I find someone to ask where to get my keys. It feels like answering questions and customer service is super inconvenient for them. The last time, I was told to go get my keys in the autoparts section and the staff did not greet me or make eye contact and had conversations with each other rather than even looking at me until they put my keys on the counter and told me to sign that I picked up my car and kept talking. I thanked them as I left and they completely ignored me. I have also, on two different occasions had to find my vehicle myself after a service because no one told me where it was and there was no ticket indicating it's location. More

The service is fine.
