Kevin spoke to me in condescending voice, did not want to listen to my concern or did not care. We are humans and need to be treated and acknowledged as such. Made no sense to charge me $49 for taking out listen to my concern or did not care. We are humans and need to be treated and acknowledged as such. Made no sense to charge me $49 for taking out one screw that my husband is not able to take off. That screw was placed by Honda staff at last oil change. Throughout the whole contact with Kevin, he belittled me and my husband. Thank you for this opportunity to rate my experience with Honda dealership. More
