I’m extremely pleased with Shayne Carrington, who was assigned as my sales representative after I became frustrated with the previous sales representative I was assigned. I had first attempted to buy a c assigned as my sales representative after I became frustrated with the previous sales representative I was assigned. I had first attempted to buy a car in early September. After several fruitless attempts I gave up until Late November when I saw that the price had been reduced. I talked with Kevin Stine, and explained my frustration to him. He assigned Shayne, and from then onward Shayne simply obliterated my frustrations through his diligence and outstanding customer focus. He promptly responded to my emails and texts and provided the data and information I requested. I had planned to fly to Phoenix to personally drive and inspect the car before closing the deal. However, I decided not to do that because of the confidence and trust I had in Shayne. I’ve never bought a car (new or used) without a personal inspection or drive. Shayne arranged to have the car transported to Littleton, Colorado where I would meet the transport driver a drive the car to my home in Cheyenne. The transport was done flawlessly. And, the car is exactly as CBB and Shayne described. Without Shayne and Kevin, I would not have the car that I’ve wanted for a long time. More

Elmore Martin took the time to show us all the ones we wanted to see. He was very patient and no pressure. We found the perfect vehicle and decided to go ahead and buy, which we weren’t gonna do initially. Kevin and Zoe rounded out the team and we quickly got our trade taken care of and financing all done. Wonderful team all around. Quick too. We had a great experience. This is my second buying experience at CBB and it was another great one. Jason took his time to show us all the cars that we were interested in, let us test drive our favorites on two different days, all another great one. Jason took his time to show us all the cars that we were interested in, let us test drive our favorites on two different days, all the while keeping the experience pressure-free and fun. They made a fair offer on my trade-in vehicle and discounted the car price based on us being repeat customers. Brock in the Finance department was also very easy to work with - explained all the details of the sale, gave us room to review the paperwork. All in all another excellent buying experience. This is a review im making that im not being rushed to make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sund make.I bought a 2007 corvette in june of 2025. vehicle had no warranty other than the 3 days or 500 miles. I bought the car on a Saturday and by Sunday I realized the power steering did not work after car was driven for enough time to warm it up. contacted the dealership on Monday to let them know of the problem. The response was they would get back with me.A day later they gave me the number to a local shop. this whole time my time is running out to return the car. After not being able to drive the car all week it was finaly in the shop thursday for evaluation. And complamentary inspection. I finnaly got word on the following Monday that the car needed a 2500.00 power steering replacement plus about 5000.00 of other work. Two days latter they agreed to take care of the power steering But I was on the hook for everything else. Some would say I should have paid for the extended warranty. The warranty was going to cost over 6000.00 on a 25500.00 car. I traded in a car that they said I was 2000.00 in the red on. So my cost should have been 27500.00. I gave them 5000.00 down payment and by the time they got everything approved was almost a month after I got the car. It was financed through someone diffrent than they said it would be and at a higher rate. they called me at work and had me complete new paperwork on my phone during my lunch hour. Needless to say I did not have time to read all the paper work due to being at work. I should have just refused to sign but I already had 5000.00 worth of work done to the car. So my 25500.00 car cost me 38000.00. It would have been more but after paying my second payment I decided to pay it off to not get hit with all that interest. More
