The quality of those who work here and the business are second to none. There are other car dealers closer to my home, but I have for many years bypassed them to do business with this dealer. The people are the reason. They are honest and supportive. Yesterday they included Kevin Johnson (an awesome person and salesman), Mark and Melissa in service (assisted with the records yesterday for my trade-in (both excellent at what they do)), and David Nicely who made the complicated financial process of leasing my vehicle easy and comfortable. He is obviously excellent at his job. Thank you to all of them for making it a great day for my wife and me. We are enjoying a spectacular vehicle. More

The dealership has been very nice and helpful. However, this is my second time bringing my car to the shop for the same issue. My lower infotainment screen was pushing its own buttons. 6 days afte However, this is my second time bringing my car to the shop for the same issue. My lower infotainment screen was pushing its own buttons. 6 days after purchasing the 2024 Outback, I started experiencing the issue. Upon the initial startup of the day, it would push its own buttons - change the vent selection, cut the air on/off, cut A/c on/off. When driving during this issue, it would quickly bounce around random selections - multiples per second. I reached out to Kevin within the dealership, with videos to show the first times it happened. He advised reached out to Service and showed them. When I took it into service, I showed my own video of what happened. The technician didn't "experience" the issue when they had it for the appointment, but they did a system update that may fix the issue. The issue stopped for 4 days. This was the second trip back for the same issue. I've had a Subaru rental for 6 days. I left my car for the technician to experience, because I didn't want to bring the car back home until it was fixed. After a couple days of the technician not experiencing the issue again, I was able to send a link of my video of the issue to Service (Mike.) The video was over a minute long and when he showed the technician, he said the screen would need to be changed. Thankfully, it was delivered overnight and could be fixed the next day. So although I'm very pleased with the dealership itself, it stinks that it's been over a month to get this fixed. More
