Long overdue review. The service advisor "Marina" was nice over all, but also overall she didn't really seem to have much actual experience with the cars as opposed to ha The service advisor "Marina" was nice over all, but also overall she didn't really seem to have much actual experience with the cars as opposed to handling the paperwork part. In my experience, most service advisors don't have any idea what they are talking about, and they just repeat whatever the actual mechanics tell them lol. She suggested I use their credit line partner (Sunbit) to help cover costs I couldn't cover all at once, but she wasn't fully aware in how the process worked for obtaining said credit. It was a nightmare situation. Even though I was only approved for a measly stupid $400, they still required a down-payment of almost HALF of that $400. Not to mention, the advertisement on HER DESK said the down-payment would be no more than 20% of the cost. My downpayment was almost 40%, and it was non-negotiable. That is a scam, and when I brought up my concerns her only rhetoric was "that has nothing to do with Dirito Bros". Marina, that is not the way to respond to a customer having concerns over a product YOU are offering. YOU choose to do business with Sunbit, so ultimately it DOES have everything to do with Dirito bros. The car ended up being ready the same day, but close to closing time. Obviously I'm not in the area, but the kicker is, Marina needed me to complete additional Sunbit documentation because "the worker who comes in Saturdays has no idea how Sunbit works". Excuse YOU?? You mean to say Dirito bros is TOO LAZY to simply train that worker and show him how to do Sunbit so that the customer is not inconvenienced??? xxx! I had to rush to make phone calls to Sunbit and make sure the process was complete within 10 min of closing time of the Dirito Service department, because there was an issue with them accepting my debit card. All in all, it was a headache to deal with. Nonetheless, the services seemed to be done accurately so that's what's important. Although there were some things she completely forgot about, such as getting me an estimate on a wheel panel that was falling off. Customer service needs to be better, and they need a new credit line/finance company. Sunbit is a scam. More
