Can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Kevin "listened" to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing with my BMW and within 15 minutes after my arrival and check in (by experience. Kevin "listened" to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing with my BMW and within 15 minutes after my arrival and check in (by the way, I was a walk in...........no set appointment), Kevin had come back telling me and SHOWING ME (via a picture) that they had identified the problem and it would take about 90 minutes to repair.
