Can't say enough good about this store! Kenny was very eager to help, and worked with me to help me find the exact car I wanted. After being dismissed at a different store since I was looki Kenny was very eager to help, and worked with me to help me find the exact car I wanted. After being dismissed at a different store since I was looking for a difficult-to-find model, Kenny instead helped me by giving great suggestions and alternatives that would have likely made me equally happy. The real icing on the cake was when we found the exact car I wanted while looking through available inventory together (which the other store sent me off to do alone). Thanks to his patience, dedication, and enthusiasm I ended up making the decision on the car I wanted and left a very happy customer! It was absolutely worth giving this store a chance, and I'd happily tell anyone to shop here. More

Kenny and Mike were great but, I had a problem with a manager when I was picking up my new vehicle. She was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I actually walked out and had them return the ba manager when I was picking up my new vehicle. She was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I actually walked out and had them return the bank check to me and put the plates back on my trade-in. I then thought about it and Kenny and Mike were very helpful and worked hard on the deal. So, I did change my mind and complete the deal. As a business owner myself, you should know how your team interacts with your customers. She was new to the dealership. I was told that she was just hired when the new owners took over. Since then, I went to another dealership and purchased my wife the same truck that I leased and my office manager a Taos. Again, This has no bearing on Kenny whatsoever. It is the young lady that had an interaction with while I was there. More

The service team stuck with our issue until they figured it out. It took longer than we had expected but it was not a normal issue the dealership had experienced before.
