I called and made my appointment for my 10,000 mile
service less than a week in advance and the young lady who made the appointment was very professional, very courteous and able to accommodate me in a

I attended my appointment early and was warmly greeted at the door in a courteous manner by a shop worker or mechanic who held the door for me. I then promptly met with the service advisor Noah and while he provided me with additional services that VW offered and the benefits of adding the additional services. was insightful in the services he offered, but did not push up-sell my service to the point where Felt uncomfortable. I explained to him that I had surgery the day before, was under the weather and was not in any position to spend any extra or money due the costs associated with my surgery and recent missed work. Noah was extremely empathetic and compassionate and when I informed him of the pain I was in, he made every effort to expedite my engagement and get my car in as soon as possible. At this point I went home and was called less than two hours later and informed my car was done. I rested ane returned later in the day and was kindly greeted by Noah, who got me in and out in less than five minutes. PERFECT service on a day where I really needed things to go right. As soon as I recovery I will return for my much needed tire rotation, wiper change and rim repair. Why? because Noah treated my in a person centered manner, not just a potential upsell candidate. Great experience from my call to make the appointment to picking my car up! The only VW service center I will use going forward. TBH, from the sales person to the service center the while place gets five stars. THANK YOU!
