Went to the Blue Springs in MO after calling. A gentleman came from the 87th st dealership and everyone was so nice and moved quickly. Did not try to upsale which was a plus. The 12v battery in my 2023 PHEV went bad. I had it in twice and the dealership was convinced that my amateur radio equipment was to blame, even though it isn't wired to the battery. They said I had it in twice and the dealership was convinced that my amateur radio equipment was to blame, even though it isn't wired to the battery. They said they tested the battery and it was good, but the battery voltage consistently dropped to 8-9 volts - even when just going into a store. This causes the car to not start and show errors. The dealership wouldn't look at it any further unless I removed all of the radio equipment and antennas from the vehicle. I finally took the battery out and took it to Advanced Auto. They tested it and almost immediately showed that the battery was bad. They had a replacement so I bought it, but it cost around $300. It was going to take hours to remove all of the radio equipment and antennas and re-install everything once they replaced the battery, so I opted to just buy the new battery even though the current one is under warranty. I will not be going back to Jeremy Franklin again. If they had actually tested the battery they would have know it was bad. Another problem was that it was going to take four weeks to get another battery to replace it. Sorry, but you lost a customer. More
