Ken was great to work with. We were able to settle on a detailed price quote via email and phone before our appointment, which was strictly honored. Ken was able to provide a quote that provided better value than quotes obtained from four other Honda dealerships. At our appointment, Ken took our daughter (the vehicle is for her) and us on a thorough test drive, allowing her to drive under local and highway conditions while patiently explaining and demonstrating the vehicle’s features to her. By the time of our appointment, the new vehicle that we had discussed had been sold. Ken worked to find a comparable vehicle and have it driven from a sister dealership and detailed while we completed the paperwork. Ken did a great job working with the rest of the excellent team to provide a stress-free, no pressure buying experience. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He clearly recognized that obtaining her first car was an important time for our daughter. He treated her with kindness and patience (using his Dad skills), asking questions to make sure that she was happy with the vehicle and fully prepared to drive it off the lot. Our daughter is thrilled with her new car. Ken is a true professional. We are considering buying a new car for us later this year and will contact Ken at that time. Bryan was a pleasure to work with on the finance side. He clearly explained the options, answered all our questions, and was respectful of our final decisions. We also appreciate that Bryan took the time to personally present the documentation for the car’s glove compartment to our daughter and explain it to her; he recognized that this was a big moment for her.
