Ken and Gregg both went above and beyond to help us out and get the SUV that we absolutely love and need! Ken mercer was a great salesman to work with! Joan Figuereo Was very nice & honest. However Adam Barnes was needless to say awful to work with. I find that very disrespectful when He knows I do this for a living. Also told me I would have to comeback to get my tags, I told him with my schedule I would be busy. He proceeded to say "busy with 6 cars on the lot". I did not enjoy working with Adam. More

While picking out the add-ons for my new CR-V Ken was very honest when I asked for his opinion. Unfortunately with the shortage of vehicles out there, it was a little bit of a waiting game but Ken kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Once my CR-V arrived he spent time going over all the new features, helped me set them up if needed and also helped me pair my phone. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda Westminster and Ken Mercer. More
