The salesman knew I needed a car because I had recently sold mine, so he knew I had to purchase something, and, because of credit issues, knew I was going to buy there. He did eventually return calls and did return emails. He tried to keep me up-to-date, but just seemed like they were too busy, even in a pandemic, to deal with me and my small purchase, I'm sure, compared to new cars they had to sell. More

I've been working with Ken Delk since 2007 along wth Jim Strunk in servicet and Mike Niedzwiecki in finance. Each purchase was trouble free and smooth. They gave me a great deal, good service and have great knowledge of the cars. BMW itself is a very reliable and high-tech vehicle that is safe and reliable. In fact, my 2015 BMW X5 gave it's life to save mine. A giant yellow truck blew a stop sign and I impacted at 50mph. It's airbags and emergency BMW service were proved second to none. Highly recommend this dealership, staff and product. More
