Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. As always a painless experience Since 1996 I have been leasing 7 series BMWs for my wife to drive, in 2017 she decided to downsize to a 5 series and simply did not like the car at al Since 1996 I have been leasing 7 series BMWs for my wife to drive, in 2017 she decided to downsize to a 5 series and simply did not like the car at all, hated driving it and was at the point of looking for another brand. Ken would not here of such a thing and somehow put her back in a 2020 7 series and now she is happy again, Thanx Ken More

Went out of the way for me I'm not the ideal client. I have great credit, but in terms of my budget I have limits in cement on what I can do - most of which wouldn't make a deal I'm not the ideal client. I have great credit, but in terms of my budget I have limits in cement on what I can do - most of which wouldn't make a dealership very happy. Not a lot in the bank, and a trade with some negative equity that had to be dealt with. I knew what I could afford at a max, and if it couldn't be met or came in too high I had to walk away. After an initial financing denial, both he and Mike in Finance kept going at it. I got the terms I needed to fit my budget, the deal I needed and the car I wanted. The whole process was two days (due to some virus slowdown issues), but I rolled out of there happy. I was intimidated walking into a BMW dealership because they're known for high end cars, higher price tags and part of me felt like the Jethro Clampett rolling into Beverly Hills. That faded fast and even though I didn't get a new car, I got the car I wanted. When the time comes for a new one, I'll remember this experience. More
