Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. This was my first experience with BMW and I want to thank Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted and he laid all the numbers out for me and told me the best way to save Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! Britney was also very informative about the amazing services BMW offers which made me want to purchase my car even more! I forgot the mans name in finance and insurance but he was also amazing. Not pushy or overly aggressive about selling extra warranties. Just over all a great experience! Definitely recommend Westlake BMW, great people, service, and cars. More
