Didn't listen to my instructions to explicitly clock my tires to the wheels. Had to come back to get steering wheel angle fixed after alignment (which the tech denied and I had to explain what to do). Tire tires to the wheels. Tires still vibrate, although this may be partially the manufacturers fault. Ken did try to make it right when I came back for the alignment and I am thankful for that.
