There was a recall on my 2025 Maverick hybrid AWD…a passenger airbag sensor or something . Family Ford sent a technician to Where my truck was parked (at my place of work) to complete the recall repai passenger airbag sensor or something . Family Ford sent a technician to Where my truck was parked (at my place of work) to complete the recall repair. The Tech was super polite and efficient. Th is was the least inconvenience to me possible's and I am still in appreciative awe! More

Didn't listen to my instructions to explicitly clock my tires to the wheels. Had to come back to get steering wheel angle fixed after alignment (which the tech denied and I had to explain what to do). Tire tires to the wheels. Tires still vibrate, although this may be partially the manufacturers fault. Ken did try to make it right when I came back for the alignment and I am thankful for that. I am not impressed with tech competency with balancing and alignment equipment More
