Very informative and patient. Just a regular guy, didnt act like a car salesman. Grateful for his attitude and patience. Only complaint was I bought this car for my wife for Christmas, since it was a surprise, I didn't know she wanted the black rims on it. Haven't been able to trade out the chrome rims for the black rims, but I guess it was my fault since I did not negotiate this before closing the deal. More
