Called to verify they had car I wanted, they did, set appt for 4pm. Matt called to welcome me before I arrived. Car was as represented, we sorted details and I was out in my new car 2.5 hours later. Yesterday I went in for a routine oil change on my 19 Expedition. And was looking into maybe doing a trade-in. He took his time in explaining our options and what he and BSC could do for us. David went above and beyond to make things happen, was thorough throughout the entire process and kept things simple. After a few hrs, and test drives, I left the dealership with a brand new '24 Cadillac XT6. I definitely recommend go seeing David at Big Star Cadillac.
