Had my car over 5 days from collision center . . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my deductible so they could send car back to w & l collision .. I pd it ..I left work tp go get car and return rental .. drove 90 min and car wasn't at collision .. Keayon said car was still being worked on and would be done by end of day .. he lied earlier in the day .. I missed work .. and I had to pay an extra 2 days on my rental .. this is unacceptable.. and I want to know how I will be compensated for it . Unhappy customer.. w & l collision called me every day to inform me what was going on ..they went above and beyond can't say the same for service center and esp ..Keayon.. This is the 3rd time that I have it serviced since I bought the car and Pete has been my service provider, Tony and Keayon has helped me too and they are all very helpful, professional and friendly. The bought the car and Pete has been my service provider, Tony and Keayon has helped me too and they are all very helpful, professional and friendly. They explain what needs done and if it should be done now or at the next service. This is one reason I went with W&Lto buy my car, they treat you very well her they don’t pressure you into anything they treat you like a Family. Kyle sold me my Forestor Touring and I know when I need another car I will be back. A great Dealership. More
