I am not responsible for the problems with the car they sold me. On Monday, I spent SIX HOURS waiting with my two-year-old daughter, only to leave feeling humiliated and disrespected. The managers gave me inconsistent explanations about the repairs, and I was told documents inside my car had been lost. I also dispute the signature on a document concerning repair coverage because it does not match my signature. Thousands of dollars have been billed to my extended warranty, yet the problem remains unresolved. I have invoices and photos documenting my experience. I expect honesty, accountability, a properly repaired vehicle, and basic respect. After seven visits and months of stress, I believe future customers deserve to know what happened before deciding to purchase from this dealership. More
