We Met Kathy and we were greeted right away and offered waters while we waited. Within a few minutes after that Shannon helped us out and he was very friendly and down to earth. After finally getting approved for a loan, we talked to the finance guy Donnie. He was just as helpful as Shannon and Kathy.
