The best experience I have had buying a vehicle ever. Cheryl was very friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure that my experience was phenomenal. I was treated with great respect from my first contact with the internet department. They transferred the phone call instantly and Kathy was very helpful. Scott was very helpful, prompt and respectful of my time. We went through the paperwork very quickly. We had a great chat about affton , we both had tied there in past. I wish every dealership in St. Louis could be this nice. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know without any reservation with the confidence that they will be treated like family. More

Great First Car Buying Experience at Jim Butler Kia. Huge Shoutout to Donnie, Hunter & Kathy. This was my first car buying experience I was nervous, but the entire process was comfortable. I did not feel Huge Shoutout to Donnie, Hunter & Kathy. This was my first car buying experience I was nervous, but the entire process was comfortable. I did not feel pressured at all. My sales rep Hunter was very nice and helpful. He constantly checked on my guest & I during the whole process to make sure we were doing ok and provided updates throughout the process. I was able to get a GREAT DEAL on a Jeep Renegade thanks to Donnie in financing. I didn't have the greatest of credit, but Donnie worked his magic and got me a great affordable monthly payment with decent terms. I really appreciate all of your efforts in helping me BUY MY FIRST CAR! More
