Horrible customer service. Would rate them a zero if I could. Purchased a 2023 Honda CR-V with 5700 miles on it. The windshield had what looked like a dead bug on it. Didn’t th Would rate them a zero if I could. Purchased a 2023 Honda CR-V with 5700 miles on it. The windshield had what looked like a dead bug on it. Didn’t think much about it until it rained and used the wipers. Well said big didn’t come off. After further investigation it turned out to be a chip in the windshield. Emailed the dealer along with a picture of the chip. She said she would pass it along to the management team. A week later and another email to Nate, one of the managers and finally got a call from Mousa not the next day but another week later. He told me he would have Amy from service call and set up a time to have the chip filled along with a Diamon Fusion coating applied. Well waited another week and Amy never called. I called her. She said she didn’t have a work order for my vehicle. She was going to talk with Mousa about the work order. Waited another week. Nothing. Emailed Mousa AND Markala the dealer manager and STILL NOTHING. No phone call back, no email, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend Honda of Kenosha to my worst enemy. I guess they don’t care if they have a happy customer or not. So very disappointed!!! More

Service center is a drag to get through. Very slow. I used to have the car serviced there but after an issue I had re oil constantly going down with no remedy I decided to go to a local ser Very slow.
