I had called before coming in and was quoted a different amount for 65k service before a visit. At least 100 dollar difference. I asked why and he did not give me a clear reason. Secondly when I checked in i gave him a discount coupon (from their website) tha is worth of $60. But when I picked up the carw, it was given $40 until I asked for a correction. Throightout the whope procress I felt that I had to check on every single step to make sure the advisor is not neglecting things or not overcharging. Not an experience that I would choose to have again. More
