Had an issue with my front end loose and wobbly feeling, went to Wellesley WV and Karl helped me out. He took care of my front and it was awesome. I can't express how helpful and wonderful Karl and Wellesley VW was. I unfortunately had a very bad experience over the past few months with Boston VW ( would not recommend). They not only took amazing care of my car and warranty work they also fixed other small things in my car that I didnt know were there. The time and attention to detail is unmatched. Karl my service advisor kept me informed along the entire process and made me feel that my problems were being heard. They truly saved my car and I do not know what I would have done if I hadn't decided to come to them.
