The only thing I would change is, it would be nice to be asked by either your salesperson or your finance person if I’m very happy with my new car. The only thing I would change is, it would be nice to be asked by either your salesperson or your finance person if the customer was interested in receiving a quote from Allstate on insurance. If they say they are okay with that then your Allstate salesperson can call them, and the call is expected. If they say they aren’t interested then the Allstate people know not to call. I feel like this may help them actually get more customers and save everyone some time. More

They force you into signing a paper that says you acknowledge you may only receive one key. I was told if there’s a second key, it’ll be sent with title paperwork. Where’s the logic in that?? The tag on my key had “1 of 2” written on it. And I contacted the prior owner of my car who confirmed she gave them TWO KEYS when she traded the car. I drove three hours to buy the car I wanted and was forced to sit thru an extended warranty sales pitch. The girl who did it was very nice, not pushy at all. I know she was just doing her job. But I was ready to get home and that took an extra hour. I will be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I definitely won’t be recommending Oakes Kia to anyone. Oh and if they want that signed copy of the title, they’ll get it when I get my second key. Bunch of scammers at Oakes. Shop elsewhere, folks. They get two stars bc they did fill up my gas tank before I drove home. Otherwise it would be one star. More
