Hi Kaitlin ! So this is my third car that I am buying from Casey Kia and to say this second car was nothing short of a nightmare is an understatement to be fair there were different employees working the from Casey Kia and to say this second car was nothing short of a nightmare is an understatement to be fair there were different employees working there at the time of purchase but we had a very long list of issues with that car and the last one with my steering wheel locking up almost causing us to crash was the last straw .Sam the sales manager immediately had me brought in to get me into a new vehicle and Kaitlin worked with me The entire time very professional sweet and kind not to mention she has a very good voice I heard her singing a few times LOL I am not an easy person to work with my dad has been a car salesman my entire life so I know all the tricks of the trade and they still put up with me and gave me an amazing deal to make up for all of the troubles that I have had in the past. I definitely recommend working with her and Sam for your car buying needs . More

I am your average one income 40 hr worker who is raising a teen and taking care of my hubby who has terminal cancer. I needed a vehicle that I could share with my teen that had the safety features for my peace of mind and the characteristics that fit me. I'm sure I'm not the only one to experience the pushy, uncaring, I want to get this sale, car salesmen!! This was not the case here!! Let me give a SHOUT OUT to my saleswoman, KAITLIN FIELDS!! She is a prime example of what GOOD ethics and morals are all about. She was truly honest with me about everything. She was knowledgeable about the car I wanted. She treated me as a person and not a sale. If it wasn't right for me, it was ok to say No!! Thank You!!Ms. K for making my experience the most comfortable one I ever had and feeling good with my purchase of the cutest car ever!! Traded a kia for another kia. Love the vehicles. Finance dept at Casey Kia in Newport News is not very customer oriented. I know they do a lot of sales and I am not the only customer. I am 6 and 1/2 weeks late receiving registration for transferred plates. Spoke to finance manager 5 days ago. He was supposed to investigate and get back to me. No he hasn’t called me and he is avoiding my calls. Not very customer friendly. The service department Joey and service manager mr B great. They need to fix the finance employees at that dealership anyway. More
