I have been patron of this dealership for years. This was likely my best Sales visit ever. Kaitlin was respectful, she wasn’t pushy and she was attentive to me as the customer. Kate was SO wonderful to work work. Incredibly personable and genuine. As this was my first car, I was nervous to get one of those sneaky salesmen. I could not have been more relieved when Kate came out to h and genuine. As this was my first car, I was nervous to get one of those sneaky salesmen. I could not have been more relieved when Kate came out to help me! I felt like she was always trying to get me the best deal and had my best interest in mind. Sam, the manager who helped with the negotiation process too, was just as awesome. He got me the prices I wanted! Overall, I’m extremely happy with Casey Kia. More

I was not initially planning on buying a car, but was trying to get a feel for the size of a few vehicles as I just had a baby and my car is just too small. Kaitlin did everything she could to find me a car that would be comfortable for my growing family and wouldn’t break the bank. She did a phenomenal job explaining the process of purchasing the vehicle as well as the manager Jeff. 10/10 would recommend Casey Kia and Kaitlin! More

I had requested info on a Saturday after my second car broke down, and we got a call Sunday to come look at the vehicle. We came in, Kaitlin was very nice and friendly, and we were out with the car before the end of the day Sunday. Very happy with the customer service pre-and during the sale. More
