I will never ever buy another vehicle from Russ Darrow kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300, kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300,000 at this dealership, and I, raised my voice just a little bit. And, the GEM Matt kullowski, called the police on me and completely humiliated me in front of everyone. We had a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Our buying process began with texting with Jzaban. He was quick to respond and helpful. The fact that he was not pushy, got us in the door. He was not working that morning, so Bernardo assisted us with the test drive and further negotiations. Bernardo was incredibly friendly and professional. After the sale was completed Jzaban showed us different features on the car and followed up the next day to see if we had any questions. I definitely would recommend either Bernardo or Jzaban! More

He was wonderful to work with. Really seemed to care about what we wanted he went out of his way to find the car we were looking for, instead of trying to talk us into settling for Really seemed to care about what we wanted he went out of his way to find the car we were looking for, instead of trying to talk us into settling for something else. Also the one they found for us had a small nick on it from its travels. And he made sure I knew everything was going to be perfect or we would find something else. And just as he said you couldn’t tell there was ever a mark on it at all. He was very polite, not pushy and understood what we wanted. I would highly recommend him. He’s a hard worker which is hard to find nowadays. More
