Really enjoyed working with Dalton to help me figure out what to do about my leased X3 at the end of my contract. From the time I said I wanted to keep my car until I left was over 4.5 hours. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful, but no part of me wants to spend an entire day waiting around to sign papers. More
