I bought a car there I had been working on for a month and they gave me the run around. Came home and heater didn't work the next morning when I went to work. Jake told me I should have bought the warranty and to pay for a visit at a different dealer.I would think a reputable car dealer would be a little more compassionate since it was the next time I drove it after purchase. I guess they care very little about customers and only about making a sale. Also I had been working with Kyle who did his best to dodge my phone calls and try to not sell me the car after they did work to it so they could up the price. He would not even come and meet with me when I got there. I also left several messages for Justin the dealer manager and never got a response since I was upset about Kyle's suggestion that they should no longer sell it to me at the price they had it listed for. Overall it was a month of chasing after this dealer to just simply respond to me and update me on where the car I wanted to purchase was. I should have taken that as a sign not to buy it but in the end I decided to anyway. Now I am stuck with a heater that only blows very lukewarm air and that won't work in a ND winter. Obviously they only care about a sale and not the actual customer. Very disappointing. This is the ONLY dealership I have ever been treated this way at. I guess next time around I will stick with the 3 others I have bought from before with way better customer service and people that actually care about what they are selling. More

Someday Justin, you will realize that there is more things important than $$. The van that my deceased brother ordered and put a deposit down on it, was sold after I said I would take the vehicle. Then I'm told that there's another "just" like it coming in that I could purchase. You don't get it, it was my deceased brothers van, it's now gone, someone else is driving it, not me his sister! I can buy a van from any dealer that's "just like" the one he ordered. There's a great difference in saying this is the van my deceased brother ordered and this is like the van my brother ordered. Someday hopefully you will see the difference, but apparently all you care about now is $$. More
