The appointment for this interaction was made by the staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially that the update would take about two hours and it only took about one hour. Great job by all the staff involved!! Thank You!!! More
